    That was coming out of college.
    Long time ago.
    He still is fast and he'll regain his quickness after resting those legs this off season.

      champ is one of the best athletes ive ever seen.
      i highly doubt because he's 29 that he has lost much speed.

      he's one of those rare players that can probably be very fast till his 30's like Randy Moss thats why i dont expect champ to retire soon

                    Randy Moss ran a 4.28 in a off-season work out right before the NE signing so I don't see why Champ couldn't. Besides 40 time doesn't mean much because it differs from game speed.
