    wow.. thats pathetic.

Mix this in with turnovers. The games we've lost.. we've had multible turnovers. We can NOT NOT NOT turn the ball over, and then let Cassel complete every pass he throws.

That is just a sickening stat. I am going to shock a few people here with this one. I actually like our chances tonight. After another chokejob by the Chargers. I really think that Denver is going to know that they have a 2 game lead in the Division going into the bye, and it is going to make them not be so pressing. It seems that the offense these past three games has seemed stiff. I am kinda thinking it was cause the Chargers were breathing down thier backs. I hope this loosens them up, and we can get the W. Dont get me wrong. I am not saying that they should take a very dangerious Pat team lightly, I am just saying that they need to loosen up a bit, err a lot, on offense

                        That is sad.

Aren't most of these completions to TE or RB in the flat? Just guessing on that one.

I think both QB's will have time to pass...though I'm hoping the defense that showed against Tampa comes back. They got pressure on the QB.

IF we can get pressure, that would great.

I'm glad we have Royal back. I think that will help. Sad Tony is out. Not sure how Jackson will do to compensate.

Main thing: Score lots and lots of points. Denver has done it before...they can do again.

Good chart! Does give credence to what we think about our D so far. Do you have yards per reception as well? When you put together some of these stats, it will obviously reflect on our lack of pass rush, and the space we're giving their receivers.

This is a stat I'd be monitoring closely as the year progresses, including expected targets, and an action plan to resolve. I would also like to think that we are also monitoring yards per reception, sacks, rushed passes (forget the terminology), and a host of other regular indicators.

But from a layman's perspective, assuming the ypc are not too alarming and don't increase significantly, we need to reduce that to about 60% in the near future. That might be the goal....

I think it will honestly, the only reason it wasn't there vs jax is because we learned from past experiance that if you try and rush garrard he'll just scramble all over you and make you pay, cassel isn't as mobile should be a good chance for the D to prove the pass rush against the bucs wasn't some odd fluke.
