Coaching Staff
There is more than one, but it starts at the coaching staff. We had one of the best coaches in Mike, but things had gone stale. Now we have new coaches and a young smart enthusiastic head coach. A head coach that, as an assistant, his offence was 16-0 in the regular season. A coach that took a unknown and was able to get him out on a pro field and come out 11-5. What can he do here...thats whats exciting.
A new defence coach and system also comes with a new coaching staff. That was one apparent need we needed to address. Can he bring us back to glory?
To me with the new coaching staff, its like a fresh new start. It feels like taking a bath and getting off the days dust, dirt and grime. I'm really excited for this years season!
