Were there really 4 other RBs on the roster better than Hillis?

If someone wants to merge this it's fine.

Video I made of Denver Bronco's Rookie RB/FB Peyton Hillis.

I want Hillis to do well, but is he even going to get a chance if he stays in Denver

No, but having or not having talent had nothing to do with why Hillis didn't get any playing time. Had to do with the coach who drafted him. Shanny's not here so why play his guys, sarcasm implied.

      Nope!

There were 3 better RBs and 1 better FB.

Moreno, Buck and Jordan are better running backs.

And Larsen is a better fullback.

I like Hillis, I wish he had a bigger role. But it is what it is.

Hillis is a beast! I enjoyed watching his brutality in breaking tackles last year, and man was I dying to see it this season. If he stays AND plays well, MAN will I be leaping for joy next season. Regardless, I'll be a fan of this player no matter what happens,

Yea, Moreno really showed it...Bounce around the league Jordan showed it right and actually Buck really did show that he should've been the starter all season

Let's remember that Hillis wasn't brought in to play RB but FB in a system Shanahan used that calls for a FB regularly.

He played RB fairly successfully when we put, what, six other RB's on IR?

Back in the real world in a new system that doesn't use a FB that often, there isn't a lot of call for Hillis as a FB and with our Running backs pretty mostly healthy and not on IR, not a lot of opportunity.

Don't get me wrong, I want a solid power rushing back, but until we fix our O-line so they can win the battle at the LOS, I don't think Hillis would have been any more effective than the guys we already had.

so what, Spencer Larsen is a line backer not a full back. And FYI you really should read up on Hillis, he was a nationally recognized RB in high school.

He is a FB. However, he can fill into the RB position if necessary. I am a BIG fan of Hillis and want him on this team and I also want him to be given oppurtunities to carry, however, we as fans cannot do much. We as fans root, and we on this board must decide if we root for this TEAM of players or not. I wish Hillis would get carries and I know Buck has more productivity than Moreno this season. Hillis was also great when given the oppurtunity, however, Moreno is here to show his 1st round worth and Buck is the guy with experience that will pick up when necessary.

Opinions are opinions, While we may say Hillis is better, to others, he is not. So...to answer the point of this board, I believe there were more productive people, but there were not people with more heart than Hillis (at the mose; the same amount).
