he was alos the 27th ranked DE in tackles. That includes 3-4 DE since I didn't feel like sorting that. DOOM had 42 tackles compared to the #1 DE, JPP, who had 86.

He won't restructure but I don't think he is worth that money.

Dumervil's always been known for his pass ruhing abilities, not run stopping. There's a solid portion of DE's in the NFL that are like that.

goodman is a no brainer. take a pay cut or be cut. but really just flat out cut him and use that money and plus some extra and pursue a better starting option.

Goodman shouldn't be cut until they have a competent replacement for him. And no, that doesn't mean Chris harris or Vaughn.

Any idea how much of this cap space will be needed to sign our own Free Agents and rookies? How much will we have to sign new FA (although I don't think EFX will go that big on FA"s).

JPP will eventually have his huge payday, like Dumervil had. Plus, Doom didn't have that great of a start to the season, then when the 2nd Raiders game came, he got hot quick. Right now, I'd rather have JPP, but at least Dumervil is one of the league's best pass rushing DE's when healthy.

Still wonder, nowhere I seen discuss how the dead money from this past season affects the upcoming season. It was suppose to be applied for this season. I think we will find out more in the next couple months.
