  • Pro Football Hall of Fame Finalists: 3 Broncos Make the Cut

Three Broncos alumni made the cut for the Hall of Fame finalists.

Terrell Davis, John Lynch, and Brian Dawkins.

There's a fan vote on NFL.com that represents some percentage of the final vote. Feel free to shamelessly vote for them as many times as possible.

They will let LT in before TD. I will be shocked if they actually give TD the nod this year. Even though he's well deserving.

What do Elam & R. Smith have to do to get in?

Please dont get me started about Rod Smith deserving to be in the HoF. He may be robbed worse than TD.

Well, it's time for TD to get it in. I don't care if his career was cut short. So was Gale Sayers, and he's in.

Gale Sayers didn't play with the GOAT and he played STs. I'm not saying that he shouldn't get it, but there are a dozen more Broncos who are more qualified

TD ran for 6,413 yards over his first 4 years. Thats 1,603 yards a season, and 100.2 yards per game. That is insane.

Total Yards in First 4 Years of Career

                      Eric Dickerson - 6968
                      Terrell Davis - 6413
                      LaDainian Tomlinson - 5899
                      Emmitt Smith - 5699
                      Barry Sanders - 5674
                      Walter Payton - 5316
                      Curtis Martin - 5086
                      Jim Brown - 5055
                      Jerome Bettis - 4522
                      Frank Gore - 4441
                      Tony Dorsett - 4624

Those RB (aside from TD) make up the top 10 in rushing yards in NFL history.

Total Rush TDs in First 4 Years of Career

                      Terrell Davis - 56

                      Emmitt Smith - 50
                      Jim Brown - 49
                      Shaun Alexander - 46**

                      Marshall Faulk - 36**
                      John Riggins - 17

Those RB (aside from TD) make up the top 10 in rushing TDs in NFL history. **Faulk and Alexander are tied all time in TDs

Out of curiosity, what is the maximum amount of people the HoF will allow in at once? Looking at the list, I'd guess Kurt Warner, Jason Taylor, LT and Owens get in before TD at 5... I'd put Mawae and Faneca would be right there with TD as well. He should get in dammit!

I'm not 100% saying you're wrong. But this site disagrees with your stats.
