I think VJ will get another year.
To be fair, he didn't even get to pick his assistant coaches.
The problem is much more deeper than just a head coach.

I don't think there are enough HC threads, maybe we should make one more?

I don't think Fox gets ousted. He gets another year I'd say.

I am still supporting Elway and have tried to give him the benefit of the doubt about many questionable things... if he sticks with VJ, that maybe the last straw for me. I see another bad year ahead of us unless there is a change at HC made

Some keep saying we can't be the Browns and fire coaches left and right... well, that isn't even a logical train of thought to me because the Broncos are not even close to being the Browns. The Broncos make the play off's regularly and are just two years out from winning a SB. Getting rid of a coach who is by every indication not HC material or at least not ready for the job at this point makes sense to me. This idea he could grow into it and become some legendary coach does not seem realistic to me at all. Its a pipe dream. Recognizing mistakes and quickly moving on from them is a smart thing... no sense tying the team to this mistake for another year or two.
My adopted Bronco is Case Keenum

Gruden. He will work with John. Gruden can take over hiring of coaching and get this team fired up. It's a dream job that's too good for Gruden to pass up on.

Dark Horse, Justin Fuente. Would get Paxton comfortable going forward. Settle us down. Has VTech 24th, 2nd straight successful year there after rebuilding Memphis.
2016 GM for the Buffalo Bills.
