I don’t recall Vick having large hands and that wasn’t the flaw that prevented him from being a better quarterback.

Obviously hand size is very important for a QB but not the all indicator of a good QB. After all, Paxton Lynch has a 10 1/4"

How about a quick comparison of some other QBs that are doing well.

Case Keenum hand size is 9 1/8"
                Patrick Mahomes is 9 1/4"
                Jared Goff is 9"

Edit: even Tony Romo did well with just over 8 7/8" had size.

He’s talking about playing the odds. Small hands are a big negative

Probably more of a mixture of the small hands, short height, weak arm, and no speed. There is literally nothing he does well

I think Keenum is decent at avoiding the rush. Good thing considering our awful pass protection.

I think I read that 9 1/2" is considered big. A .375" isn't enough to lable a guy a bust, especially when there are many others that have and do pay well in the shorter side.

Kennum's problems isn't handling the ball. It's when it leaves his hands.

It may not seem like a big deal but in NFL football it is a big deal and a huge dis advantage when having to grip the ball and accurately fit it into tight windows with under 1.5 seconds to throw!
I’m not seeing a big difference in their hand sizes, but even if there is, how would you explain Keenum’s year with the Vikes? If small hands was an issue with him it would have been a persistent problem throughout his career.
