The bar is so low in denver as of late we dont just want a QB that can score, we want a QB that can even play to the league average. We have that and we'd pull together some wins. You act like calling a throw on 3rd and 5 is an auto win, its not. How many times have we had those types of downs and failed?
I never said it was an automatic win. If we make it, we are in a way bettter situation to win, and my point about the defense is true they have given up two game winning fg drives. I didnt say it was fair. I was stating a fact on how we have lost two games similar to this one.
Flacco said "what do we have to lose" and he is right, we should have been more aggressive. Flacco rarely speaks out the fact he did shows how conservative the play calling must have been.

I understand nothing I say will make you change your mind. Lets just hope when Lock is Qb and all we need is 5 yards for a first down were not still running the ball so we can run clock and punt.

Haha going in on ol Flacco but I agree with you. We're not aggressive because you have no chance converting I mean we got one of the worst 3rd down percentages and with how he performed today I dont blame the coach. His hands is tied with Flacco's anemic skill set

I also never asked for, traded for, or chose to start Flacco. This coaching staff is running him out there.
And regardless of who they go with I want us to go for a 3rd and 5 to seal the game, not run clock and hope our defense who is 0-2 on preventing go ahead fg drives.

I never said i was fine running it there, you're missing the point.

The coaches finally got some leadership out of Flacco (that's probably not fair to Flacco) by frustrating him with the playcalling

Who knows, maybe the coaches adjust. After all Flacco is right about that call. And by saying something like he does help his 'leadership factor'. Probably wont amount to a whole lot this season but it's something

And no I don’t care what happen the entire game. Ive seen too many QBs put together game clinching drives In my life after Playing bad games. ( Remember I’m a bronco fan Elway/ Tebow both put up stinkers for 4 qrts and then sealed the deal.)

Brissett struggled all day today and pulled it out in the end.

I’m happy with a lot of the players effort.
The coaches not playing to win is the only thing that I’m bummed about. We competed.
I’d rather lose throwing punches then trying to dodge punches and hope to make it out of the round.
The coaches playing NOT to win is the problem. We need to play to win the game is what we’re am supposed to do.

And to play NOT to play to LOSE is what usually happens.

    That’s where we went wrong.

I’m fine with that. Our defense is 0 for 2 holding late leads this year, while Flacco is 2-2 on late 4th qrt drives.
I understand the point being made a out 3rd down conversions but we had horrible conversion rate vs the bears and still ended up converting in that game.
And like i said, it incomplete we punt and the D has to make a stop anyway.

    It was a 3rd and 5 not 3rd and 15.
If the coaches want to keep Flacco as the starter then they need to let him attempt that play.

Joe Flacco needs to be Benched. Joe is just another Case Keenum Kyle Orton 2.0. Joe is no more than a Back Up QB and to be honest I am not even sure of that Status. Once again just like last last year The Denver Broncos are a Team without a QB !!

If our coaching staff wants to say Lock isn’t ready, and don’t want to bench Flacco for Allen.
Then they need to make Flacco make a play at the end of the game.
