Flacco put us up in the final minutes of two game and we couldn’t hold on.
This last week we held on and the 20 pts the offense put up won the game.
Drew Lock hasn’t even been healthy while Flacco has shown up and kept grinding despite the teams record. That’s what leaders do, Lock has not earned anything.sigpic

And if he'd have build up a lead earlier in the game, the defense would have had more gas in the tank to hold, instead it was three and out city...
It baffles me that people can defend 18 points per game as if that is enough to win games. Even with an elite defense, 18 points per game is a hard ask.
In 2015, we averaged 22.2 points per game. In 2012, the flacco led Ravens scored 24.9 points per game.... The 2000 Ravens, the worst offense to ever win the Superbowl averaged 20.8... but yet some of you here still think the offense is just fine and the defense needs to step up?
You are actually expecting our defense to carry the team like those former elite defenses did?
I can't grasp how you guys are struggling with understanding our frustration here. 18 points a game is bad folks, it's brutally bad... It's only BECAUSE of the defense those games were even close to begin with. You cannot expect a defense to hold an opposing offense to so few points all game without some help from the offense to take the pressure off.sigpic

Brees will be back before him and he had surgery. It was a cover-up bc Elway knows that if flacco didn't play well which he's not that fans would be calling for lock and it would be headlines. Elway bought so time in hopes flacco will play better which he won't.
