Flacco has been injured every year for 4 straight seasons. The odds of him suffering another injury are exponentially hire than any of us being hit by a meteorite.
It’s also a much higher likelihood than a drew Brees or Tom Brady’s.
I also watched those games live. I don’t need to watch them again. I didn’t realize that 2 solid performances out of a 16 game season now qualifies being above average. Because if we go by that mark Keenum had at least two games that would qualify as above average.
I get your point that Flacco made throws in those games that are far more impressive than any Keenum made all season. But that doesn’t change that it’s only 2 games out of the 8-9 that Flacco played in last year.
Again I hope I’m wrong. But i really don’t see enough positives on our roster to suggest we should suddenly expect a massive change from Flacco’s past 6 seasons.
