IDK if the basic pass rush issues can be fixed. Interior pressure seems better than last year, so maybe some help there assisted by some stunts will work. Blitzing usually requires Cover 1/0 and don't know how often that should be used, or if at all. Besides stunts and twists, Zone Blitz could be used. I noticed some Deep Halves looks. If those are to be shown, then straight Cover 2, Tampa 2 and Cover 2 Robber all need to be used so that the QB can't just look at the Deep Halves and say MOFO (Middle Of Field Open)
Denver's average yards per rush and per pass attempt were better than Tennessee's, but the problem was the Broncos ran almost twenty plays less than the Titans (not to be confused with the Titians Can referred to) That is reflected in TOP and D's inability to get off the field. Stupid penalty on Johnson negating Ojemudia's pick did't help there.
Without Miller and a full strength Chubb, Denver will need to be more creative in generating pass rush. Offense needs to step up and help out, too, which they will as time goes by. Denver would have the W had O scored more points. They are young and their playbook is new, and with no preseason it will take a while.
