Interesting note, he said he watched Sutton working all week on catching ball beneath his eyes. He noticed a few times in the game CS dropped ball or got cross attempting this very same thing he was working on in practice... including the play he got hurt (where he tipped ball up then blew out knee chasing Hayden).

I guess it's time to find out if that's true. I think Hamler can be the #3WR/slot guy. So we need someone on the active roster to step up as the #2WR as of right now. We also need Albert O to get healthy because our OC needs to be more creative - I want to see some 2WR/2TE/1RB sets. Driskel needs to soak up this Offense and make his practice reps count, but having a couple of safety valve TE's on the field would help him out since his RT isn't going to. At all.

I believe Rod was closer to the end when he tore his. But even in the last decade+ medical advancements have changed drastically. He probably won’t lose a step. Con came back and won SB MVP...........
Remember when a blown Achilles was virtually a career ender. Now, it’s basically what an ACL was 5 years ago. Medical Science is amazing!
