It seems like Michigan has very few Denver fans. My whole highschool has like three of em including myself, so add in my dad, and that's only four Bronco's fans in the whole mid-michigan area. Anybody one of the only Denver fans where they live? I feel alone.
Ya know...

yeah well, If my grades weren't so bad, I'd probably try to get into USAFA because first of all, it's in CO and second, I plan on serving in the military once I get out of school anyway. Maybe I can enlist in the army and get transfered to somewhere in CO.

haha thanks. I'm sick of hearing all my friends say how I'm an idiot for going to get myself killed. They don't understand that dying for your country makes you a hero. And it's not even 100% sure that everybody who enlists into the military is going to die in combat... Stupid kids being manipulated by the liberal media.

Welcome to the site...
If you really want to get into the AF but don't have the grades for it, there is a "prep school" at the AFA that you might be able to get into instead. You go through the prep school for a year or two, until you have the basics all down & then you proceed to the AFA.
Another good option would be to go to any school & do the ROTC program.
If you *really* want to move to Colorado, we do have other schools here that are really nice, but out of state tuition is crazy. Best bet would be to get in ROTC & take an ROTC scholarship.
As far as being sick of hearing your friends say what they say..True they may be concerned about your well-being, but at the same time, they don't understand why you would make a choice that could put your life in danger. You could always ask them about why they CHOOSE to drive somewhere, since they could be killed in a car accident, but it won't make them anything "special". If you want to serve your country, that is your choice, and yours alone. Good luck to you!

Hey, been in the Navy 6 years and haven't been killed yet, there's a waiting list you know.
My best friend just got out of the Marine Infantry, and he's still alive, despite some of his bravery/stupidity?? while on duty...
I know so many people in the military and hmmm out of all the ones I know from each branch, I've only known of 1 who was killed in combat in Iraq last April. Scared the crap out of me because he was my ex-boyfriend's CO--and I know that some of the other guys from that squadron's names had not been released as to who was injured & who was killed. I still worry about the ex.
Yesterday, we were watching the Avs/Red Wings game with a really nice guy who kept buying us rounds. After the game, we sat down & talked to him & it turns out he's on medical leave from the US Navy from Iraq. He is a pilot & his plane went down on Dec 27th, killing his best friend & injuring him. Shots were fired & the marines came in & rescued him. He broke his Tibula & was shot a few times in various places. Although he is still trying to get over having "killed his best friend" he seemed pretty anxious to return to kick some more butt. This guy has been in for a while & has had air-to-air-combat in several "conflicts". Was pretty interesting talking to him.
Anyway, enough of me rambling....

About your other question, I know for certain that I'm the only Broncos fan in my part of Oklahoma City. Once, at the GROCERY STORE for Heaven's sake, a smart-aleck little sacker threatened to not let me in -- all because I was wearing my Broncos SB T-shirt. I demanded to see the manager, and so that little matter was straightened out fast. But I can certainly see where you're coming from. Don't feel alone, you have plenty of Broncos comrades here!
