What does 13-3 mean? It means 13 teams were unluckly and 3 teams were lucky.

They say, "third time's a charm", I think it is too.

BTW, an AP article on Mike Shanahan. Leading Broncos resurgence, Shanahan shows he's still got it

Here is another nice read, IMO. Broncos insist this year not like the last two

    What does 13-3 mean?

Nothing, unless the Broncos can finally win a Playoff game. If we lose in the Divisional Round, the entire season gets flushed down the crappa...

It means we received a bye week. We received the 2nd place seed and home field advantage unless we play Indy.

That is what it means, but once the divisional game starts it means nothing. The Broncos must go out and win.

and when we lost to the jags, it was 96. unless we somehow managed to lose to them in the playoffs and still won the superbowl in the same year

Yes and that is why I have a problem with stats as well.

But like MtnMan said, everyone is 0-0 now. This is a new season. This is the post season. This is where the losing teams have been weeded out and now it is up to this year's top teams to duke it out.

In a strange way it is almost like March Madness. You never know what is going to happen and to who.

I was also getting at being this is our third time at being 13-3, I think the third time we will actually make something of our 13-3 season, meaning post season wins.

I was just passing on some info that possibly some folks may not have known. We were 12-4 and 14-2 the two years we won the Super Bowls.

So Broncos can win it all at:
    12-4
    13-3
    14-2

    Respect that, media!

13-3 means 13 wins and 3 losses, and is pretty good in the big scheme of things.
Its also the 2nd best record in the NFL

Yep and we still have a home playoff game and I always like our chances better when we do.

The 1996 playoff loss is still burnt into Mike Shanahan's mind, he will do everything within his power to make sure it doesnt happen again.
