    *Jake Plummer Supporter Thread*

He led the team on his shoulder the last two TD drives. His fumbles were not his fault, the O-Line definitly got beat by Pitts great D-Line. He was giving his all to evade sacks, make runs, and make passes while running for his life.

He played his heart out today and all season. He improved so much in this 2006 season, he'll contine to improve I believe.

I know there's going to be a BIZILLION "Fire Jake, Get Rid of Jake" threads in a few hours... the same way there was a bizillion "Kill Elway" threads after we lost all those SuperBowls. Great season, GL to Steelers in the SuperBowl. I'll be cheering for them.

The funny thing is, the fans were the same way back when Elway choked in the Superbowl.

    Everyone wanted him gone.

Exactly. Plummer played his heart out, he's Broncos POG in my book. He's still my favorite Bronco!

Hmm....Our defense didn't do much to help him out.

Elway stops, loads up, throws deep down the middle of the field and Rod Smith's got it!

                  Plummer Needs a Haircut

Plummer would get more respect if he would cut his hair and shave his face. Denver is tired of seeing the "mountain man". Really. If he's not going to do it, his fans or teammates should tackle him in the parking lot and do it for him

Be a bronco fan but dont be stupid. Jake did not play a good game, he looked like ****!!!! We never tried to run and you dont win if you dont run and stop the run. 40 years of football and it always comes down to that!!!

1 thing you must understand is jake will never and I mean ever be John Elway!! he cant even hold his jock!!!!!

John Elway did the same thing FOUR times, in the SUPER BOWL.

.... Losing one game doesn't make him a failure. He'll be back.

I am also a defender of Jake....bit the interception in the first half with just under 2 minutes left was obviously a poor decision, that broke our backs............

I think he did a good job, m'thinks the end of "have to make a play" forced him into Arizona Cardinals mode. Getting beat up like he was, I don't blame him. It does remind me of him back in those days the way Steelers D was on his butt.... what else can he do....
