  • Denver is 12-3 against defending NFC and AFC Champs

Here is some food for thought.

The only losses we have taken against defending Champs under Mikey are the following

    1995: San Diego (6-17 )
    2000: St Louis (36-41)
    2001: Baltimore (13-20)

You had also not lost a game at Invesco since 2004 but that didn't stop the Colts from beating you last Sunday.

It's a good thing Jay Cutler was a proven winner in college. Oh wait, nevermind.

Slightly different. The Colts were 4-2 against the Broncos since 2002.

It might be that Mikey pulls the stops out on good teams and gets things better prepared, or the team is better prepared for the opposite of a "trap" game.
