Everyone else seems to be very upset with Roger Goodell but I’m actually pleased by what he did. Sure it may seem unfair and imply favoritism but the commissioner could be fed up with the situation in Denver and last Sunday’s benching of all Denver QBs could just be the first sign of him actually taking action against the Money grubbing trust of this Organization.

I want a new owner and I believe Denver just may have a new owner sooner rather than later!

I find it odd that people say the NFL would not push back our game due to the NFL saying they will not push the games back for competitive balance reasons...and then they push the Pit/Balt game back because the Ravens wanted another day of practice.

I would have been ok with forcing the Broncos to play if the NFL was consistent with that policy to every team.

The NFL is a cartel. It's an unusual business model that is allowed in this case with special permission. The Broncos can't sue the NFL over this mess because the Broncos are the NFL. The Broncos are also the Raiders, and they are every other franchise too. So things get done with a wink and a nod and every once in a while you'll hear about outside arbitration...and that's it. Now you go ahead and tell me what links you need.

Basically what I'm reading is that the Ravens game kept getting moved because the virus was NOT contained, the Broncos had to play because the virus was contained... What a backwards way to think. Basically, if we had a 7th string, PS LB to test positive Saturday, weget our game moved.

The Ravens won’t stop testing positive. They had two yesterday. That’s why they keep pushing the game back.

I agree. It is funny how people keep coming at the Broncos Covid practices...we have no transmissions while other teams have outbreaks.

People need to start looking at these teams with transmissions and question their Covid practices regardless of what these teams are trying to say about the practices.

That's because they clearly broke the quarantine rules, and yet are still getting favorable treatment. 98% of our team follows the rules, keeps the virus from breaking out, and we get heavily punished. I get rule following, but at least try to be consistent across the board

IMO they are just better at hiding the failures in the Covid practices.

IMO the NFL is being so unreasonable teams are now forced to hide things from the NFL because the NFL does not have the ability to make fair decisions.

This applies to many things...not just the NFL

Lot of people have risen to leadership all over our society because the only thing needed to get there was "people skills"

Now that we have an emergency people in leadership positions are showing they do not have the skills needed to lead us in times of bona fide crisis.

Nothing like this has ever happened before. They can’t be perfect.

It was absolutely the right decision to play the game given they had already made it clear that competitive disadvantage will not be the reason for postponing a game.

I don’t think we lose that game with Lock. Payton admitted that he changed his gameplan to be extremely run heavy once the news broke. If they had a balanced gameplan, Hill would’ve put them in a lot of bad positions like he did pretty much the whole first quarter. The few times he did drop back he took sacks and ended up throwing an INT. The defense would’ve been able to hold up much longer and probably would’ve got Hill benched.
