    https://www.nfl.com/videos/terrell-d...te-celebration

Most of you probably know the origins of the Mile High Salute, but if you don't, or just want to hear about it again, here's TD giving the story. Pretty cool!

Thanks for the share Can. I have an unused, white "SALUTE" glove that was given out to fans at Mile High stadium with the following printed on it:

    SALUTE . . . . (one inch orange letters)

    September 7, 1998. . . . . . (3/8 inch dark blue letters)

    USWEST. . . .850 KOA . . . . . .( all 1/4 inch dark blue letters)
    . . . . . . . . . . . Broncos Radio

Too bad I wasn't at the game to see all the fans waving these cool gloves. AND, the Broncos beat the Patriots 27 - 21.....SWEET!!!!!!

He made it look so easy!! And when he got in open field, he looked faster than his 40 time. We had good Oliners for sure, but he could make yards on his own!

One of the attributes TD had was his ability after the ball being handed off to him was if the line of scrimmage hole / gap was closing or closed he would dart left or right to an opening and once through the hole he would dart left or right from linebackers and safeties. Nothing like a defensive player grabbing air.

Cool. I didn't know the origins. For the longest time I used to think of Mike Anderson when I saw the Mile High Salute... Maybe because he was a marine, and still one of my favorite Bronco RB's behind TD.

Unfortunately, the Mile High Salute has been replaced by the Mile High Facepalm over the last five years.
