Lol... I'm just being dumb
no, they wouldn't the Steelers are very unlikely to be in a tie breaker scenario with any team other than one with a tie (lions). If another team in the AFC adds a tie and ends up at 8-8-1 with them, the same tie breaker chain would work fine. No Tie in 17 games, you're not going to end up with the same winning percentage as the Steelers. its no different from years past.

The 1-1-15 would be a heartbreaking season knowing your team was close to winning 16, maybe even 17 games. Lol

Of course, if that one loss was also a tie, that team’s winning percentage would be 1.000. So theoretically, if a team could somehow manage to tie every game except for 1 game that they win, they’d have an undefeated season. And I think make the playoffs as a one win team, but I could be wrong about that.

Imagine being a retired Dolphins player from the undefeated team seeing that happen ?

What record do you believe the Broncos will finish with?

I think at the start of the season I went for 11-6, which is still possible. However, I am now opting for 10-7:

            Bengals W
            Raiders W
            Chargers W
Chiefs (if they play their starters) L

Used to be a tie counted as a half win and a half loss. If that's still the case, one win and sixteen ties would be 9-8, .529 %.
