  • Everything is setting up for the Broncos to win.

Worst team in the league, missing a bunch of starters, the game is home......absolutely no excuse for losing. If they do, people need to be fired immediately.

This is the most confident I've been in the Broncos heading into a game since 2015.

If the Broncos lose at home against the worst team in the NFL it might be a large dark cloud with a bright silver lining......

      "People will get fired immediately"

I'm thinking starting over in 2022 is the thing to do if we lose or barely sweek by with a win today.

It may feel good to say this but no one will get fired until we mathematically eliminated from playoffs.

        • As for the "someone gets fired" commentary....there's very little chance that folks get fired before the postseason, whether we get in or not. There is, in my opinion, a very good probability that one or more non players will be gone in the new year. Losing a game likely has little bearing on the timing and change in staff. Unless we get into the playoffs and win at least one game, changes will occur.

So logically speaking, a win is a good thing for a majority of reasons: good for the players, good for the fans, good for the brand. It does not guarantee any type of playoff assurances. We are currently ranked at or near the bottom of those in the hunt.

Bottom line for me...win, win, win. Against whoever is in front of us. I strongly believe Paton has his mind made up for next year's group of coaches/player strategy.

Enjoy the game, especially this one, in respect and sadness over the loss of a great young man!

I do not feel good about stating "if the Broncos lose today's game one or more coaches/front office staff should get fired". But regarding "nothing will happen until the Broncos are mathematically eliminated from playoffs" will definitely happen much sooner than later.

The last 3 games (Raiders, Dolts, both away games, then ending the season with the Chiefs....all will most likely be losses and could very well be us getting pounded out of the stadiums.

There's nothing more I would like to see than the Broncos finishing the last 5 games with strong play and quality coaching decisions but 2022 is going to start looking like a much needed fresh beginning, again, that needs to happen....As....Soon....As....Possible...!!!!!!!!! ! IMO

            • The Broncos are essentially playing Alabama's CFB team in Detriot.

I expect a dominating win by Denver, similar to the win against Dallas.
