I wish him well and hopefully a full recovery whenever that is best for him. He is a ball catcher. We need someone to step up and not drop catch-able passes, be that possession receiver. Jeudy has tremendous talent if he hangs on to the ball after running amazing routes. Lets hope we can see another step up and produce like Tim did. He will be missed this year.

If there is a positive to this, at least it came early enough to start identifying and bringing along potential replacements. I doubt we’ll make any big time moves and will look inward for a replacement. Obviously Hamler and Jeudy will take in a larger role, but Hinton and Seth Williams could be those next guys up. Hinton was a pleasant surprise in limited playing time last season and he’s worked his rear end off to get to this point so he’s probably the odds on favorite right now. Seth Williams is a big body target in the mold of Patrick and while it might not mean much to the team or the coaching staff I thought he should’ve been drafted much higher than he was, I think he has a lot of potential and is probably next in line after Hinton.

        Hate this 100%

That said, more balls to spread around. TE's need to get involved bigtime.

Tony Scheffler didn't line up tight half the time even though he was listed as a Tight End. Brandon Marshall was a better blocker. Virgil Green was a great blocker.

Need to see if Dulcich can block. We know he's a great receiver. Albert O. hasn't blocked ... yet, .. that I know of. Albert and Dulcich are good receivers, so they could fill the gap left by Tim.

The reason Saubert's performance thus far as a receiver is important is that he can block. When he's tight, D isn't sure if he's blocking or running. Same with Andrew Beck at Fullback depth.

I actually think it's Tyre Clevelands spot to loose. only 5 lbs lighter than Seth Williams, same height. Cleveland has more special teams experience. My bet goes on Cleveland. Sucks though, Patrick was a true gamer that was / is way under the NFL limelight radar.

Virgil, Fulgham and Johnson are in the mix as well along with a couple of others.

That is not pleasant. I root for the underdog. I teach tennis and an acl is though. Course I fractured my back three times. I wish him well surgery literally is fire

I have not heard how bad it was. From what I've heard his recovery is almost certainly tied to how bad the tear and damage was.

New coach/OC, new QB, new offense...was really looking forward to the steady hands of Timmy Pats to help things along this season and then this happens....Jeudy has to step up. If he doesn't he can kick rocks. Plain and simple.

I was so excited to see the duo of Wilson and Patrick this year, along with the entire receiving team. I really believe that Patrick would become a real go to guy for Russ, as he realized how reliable and clutch Tim is. I am more sorry for the player/person, because he earned his opportunity to really shine this year.

Speedy recovery.....and watch out for next season!!

Yes. An unusual injury, so says Hackett.
