I would say Pennington, but he had some surprisingly good power at times this year.

I'll say Cleo Lemon. I know he's not a starter, but when I was watching him throw, they hung FOREVER.

Pennington is the only person who I've seen been publicized as having a weak arm but he has excellent accuracy.

Yes I was serious! I was sitting and watching the game where Lemon almost had the game winning drive (or did he do it?) and his passes kind of wobbled it seemed to me.

Now I know Lemon isn't a starter, but I just wanted to throw it out there

Knowing my luck, he probably has one of the strongest arms and I'm going blind

Naw, but Pennington actually looked stronger this year than before. I think it might have been his rehab.

I agree, Pennington does have the wekest arm in the NFL. He has learned to make smarter decisions and manages games far better then he used to, but the verticle threat he offers is limited at best. While he does go verticle, it isn;t as if he ahs the power to bomb them out.

I would agree completely, Pennington has the weakest arm in the NFL of all the #1 QB's in the league IMO. While he did show more strength this year, I still don;t think he offers much of a verticle threat for opposing defenses.

what about matt leinart, last year i heard different teams would have liked to have him but he could only throw a distance pf like only 45-50 yards max.

The ones that come to mind are Brad Johnson, Chad Pennington, Drew Brees, and Brian Griese

Mark Brunell's arm has started to deteriorate even more recently as well.
