Yes it was Norris Weese.

The trick part of the question is the fact that although he was listed as a QB on the roster, he was pulled off of the bench and put in as a running back.

He ran for 120 yards on 12 carries in a 28-14 victory over Chicago on the final weekend of the 1976 season.

I thought it could be 6 or 7, I couldn't remember exactly. I do know the streak was cut short the Chargers, he only got like 70 in that game. The only reason I remember when it ended was because that was the game both John Elway and Ryan Leaf got hurt!!
