This calendar combines Saturday and Sunday so each weekend there is one fun fact.

    April 28/29:

Jim Turner (1971-1979) was the kicker for the Jets when New York stunned Baltimore in Super Bowl III (he made 3 field goals in his team's 16-7 victory)

    Have a great weekend everyone.

      Good Morning Everyone.

It is Monday April 30th and it is the 120th day of the year with 245 to go.

There are 132 days until the regular season opener at Buffalo.

Today's question could be a little tricky. Don't let last week's similar question fool you.

What player is second only to John Elway (21) in postseason starts in his Broncos' career?

Happy May Day E1! It is May 1st the 121st day of the year with 244 to go.

131 Days to go before we head to Buffalo.

                  Today's Fun Fact:

Cornerback Louis Wright earned five Pro Bowl selections in his 12 seasons (1975-1986) with the Broncos. In 1993, he was inducted into the club's Ring of Fame.

And rightfully so. Louie was awesome. Anyone remember what number he wore?

#20 it was. I remember the infamous Monday Night Game in the blizzard against Green Bay when he was involved with the first two plays of the game, which were defensive plays, and we scored two touchdowns.

Wasn't one of those (the second I believe) TD's from the kick off return? It's gotta be demoralizing to be down 14 - 0 less than 60 seconds into the game.

Hats off to GB in that game. They battled back to lose by only 3. 17-14.

Both touchdowns came from running plays the Packers ran on first down. The kick offs were not included in the offensive play counts.

It was amazing we only scored a field goal the rest of that game and Green Bay did a fine job battling back in the snowiest game I had ever attended. I remember leaving that game soaked to the skin. It was such a heavy wet snow and we couldn't even see the field from the 5th level.
