This may explain why I can't find him on the roster for 1964. Literacy for the win!

        • Good Morning Everyone!

          Yesterday's Fun Fact:

Denver's inaugural game, a 13-10 victory over the Patriots in 1960, also was the inaugural game in AFL history. It was played on a Friday night, while the rest of the league played on Saturday and Sunday.

Please take a few minutes of your time and go to this website and post a message to a fellow Bronco fan that had been severely injured while serving in Iraq.

Please continue to leave messages of support. Thank You.

          • This was a tough question. Very good one, in fact. However, I'm pretty confident the answer is Terrell Davis and Floyd Little.

                Correct!

Floyd did it in 1969 and 1972. Terrell did it in 1997 and 2001.

Good Job and I must spread around.

No problem. That was a really good question.

By the way, where do you get these questions? Do you make them up?

I'm sure someone has asked you along the way, but this thread is filled with pages, so I'll just ask instead of going through them.

That is also a good question and I do get asked from time to time.

Every year, I buy this desktop calendar that alternates a fun fact with a trivia question. I get this calendar from Turner Licensing and give full credit to them.

They have all kinds of goodies for all different sports.

                        • Rick Upchurch was my first "favorite" player for the Broncos when I was a kid.

That guy was the original Devin Hester; except Upchurch was a better receiver of course.
