We are digging deep again today.
I'm going to guess it was Lionel Taylor in 1960 with 1235 yds and 12 TDs!

      • Good Morning Everyone!!

Today is Wednesday June 25th, the 177th day of the year with 189 to go.

        It is:

        Log Cabin Day

July 25th ~ 30 days until training camp starts.

August 9th, Saturday @ Houston Texans ~ 45 days until pre-season kick off.

August 26th ~ 62 days until roster down to 75

August 30th ~ 66 days until roster down to 53

September 8th, MNF @ Oakland Raiders ~ 75 days until regular season kick off.

        Today's Fun Fact:

The Broncos 24-23 victory over Cincinnati in week 16 of 2006 was their third victory without a loss in games played on Christmas Eve since Mike Shanahan took over as head coach in 1995.

That one kinda sucks eh WhoDey?

And for those of you that don't know, I was born in Cincy and the Bengals are my second team.

            Yep. Pretty silly eh?

I type these things word for word. I have questioned several of them in the past and have considered rewording them.

However, since I openly give credit for these facts and questions to the John F. Turner and Company producers, I decided not to change any of it.

They are one's that I thought of too.

                  However, it isn't them.

We are looking for two teams and one of them was kinda obvious to me while the other was a little bit of a surprise.

                    Rarely I get no answer.

But this was kind of an odd question.

That put our beloved Orange and Blue at 35-13

The New England Patriots went 37-11
                    The Baltimore Ravens went 36-12

Today is Friday June 27th, the 179th day of the year with 187 to go.

                      It is:

                      National Columnists Day
                      Decide To Be Married Day
                      Happy Birthday To You Day
                      Helen Keller Day
National HIV Testing Day (Before you decide to get married)

July 25th ~ 28 days until training camp starts.

August 9th, Saturday @ Houston Texans ~ 43 days until pre-season kick off.

August 26th ~ 60 days until roster down to 75

August 30th ~ 64 days until roster down to 53

September 8th, MNF @ Oakland Raiders ~ 73 days until regular season kick off.

                      Today's Fun Fact:

San Francisco's 26-23 overtime victory on New Year's Eve in 2006 marked only the fourth loss for the Broncos in 23 home games in December since Mike Shanahan took over as coach in 1995.

And we all know what happened later that night.

I couldn't find the answer. I was thinking about the Pats, but the Ravens? That surprises me. Shows you how much I pay attention to the 'home' team.

Oh, I did hear that Ray Lewis and some other players are being sued because they didn't pay their hostess bills last year at the SB.

I was surprised about the Ravens as well.

Here is our trivia question for the weekend of June 28/29:

Who was the Broncos' head coach before Mike Shanahan?

                            Oh brother.

Have a great weekend everyone!!

Hahaha. Since it isn't for CP anymore, I have no qualms about jumping on a gimme.

sbutk: i can see why Denver is taking TO's right now [trailing by 7, with 30 seconds left in the half]. but why Oakland???

Captain Lori: You are trying to figure out the Raiders. Try figuring out women instead; it's probably much easier.
