      First of all, Martz good job this tough poll because each item can easily be argued as the best move.

      If we could rank them my top four would be, the signing of Henry, the hiring of Bates, the draft, and signing of Graham in that order.

            How about you add "ALL OF THE ABOVE"..............

            All of the moves were important. That's what I like about Shannahan, he willing to do whatever it takes to make this team better. He is proactive, always looking to upgrade the franchise.

                  Actually Bates last job was in GB he has been gone from MIA for several years.

                    Well, hiring Bates will probably be the best move over time. But, I voted for addressing the DL via the draft, because I've been waiting to see that for YEARS!
