        I would argue that Miami, only in recent years, has suffered.

        They have, I believe, the highest all time winning .pct of all NFL franchises. Or under Shula and Jimmy Johnson.

        I'd need to see if Wannestedt and Saban wrecked that. Wannestedt had 3 10+ win seasons there.

        Since the merger, at least, they are something like .629 in winning pct.

        And the Bears DO have 9 league championships, although none in the last 22 years. So, over the entire history of the NFL, they do deserve a fairly high ranking.

        Everybody's gotta elevate from the norm...
