Wolfe and Jackson both doing a fine job:

"Denver Broncos: Tied for the most pressure so far on the team are Shaun Phillips, Robert Ayers and Derek Wolfe at 19 each. They each represent 14.5% of the team’s pressure. 30 of the 32 teams have at least two players that have made 14.5% of their team’s pressure, with ten teams having three."

Over who? Ayers has more pressures and more sacks. Malik is great coming off the bench to keep everyone fresh.

I am one of Malik's biggest supporters and was on his bus last year when we drafted him not just jumping on now that he's getting better. He is talented and gives us some serious talent coming off the bench

            Malik's first sack was a missed assignment...freebie

Not taking anything away from him, 2nd sack from inside was great! As was TFL!

We have shown over and over that we are great at grabbing late round (or undrafted) talent. Malik is one of those finds. He is working well in the system and Von will open things up for Wolfe. Sly will take a couple years to develop, but will turn into a stud in the middle (which is not a weakness right now - Knighton and Vick have been beasts). We are still lacking that outside edge pressure. Von will demand double teams, if not SACKS! when he does it will open up for Ayers/Wolfe/Malik to pressure the QB. Can't wait to see us in action with all our starters.

When Elway and Company took over, DL was a problem both in pass rush and run D. Now it's a strength. Another pass rusher is on IR. At least two DL can play inside or outside. What has been accomplished on the DL since 2011 is truly remarkable.

I love the work Elway has done with getting better pass rushers and as far as I'm concerned, I think we need to make it a tradition in the draft every year to grab at least one pass rusher. The league is all about having two things nowadays

                    1. Having a great QB
                    2. Getting constant pressure on the QB

Regardless of position on defense, we need to keep this habit of drafting a pass rusher every year.

No it wasn't, it's called a naked bootleg. The hard play action is supposed to get the DE moving down the line, which Malik almost fell for, but recovered.

                        That is correct.

On Malik's series, the first sack happened when play action went away. The OL and backs sold it. Denver's DEs are apparently coached to stay at ball depth when the ball goes away to guard against cutback/reverse. Jackson saw that Henne had booted out and was in position for the sack. It wasn't busted protection on the Jags' part because on PAP the OL must take run steps.
