You failed to read what arapaho stated. He never set his feet prior to throwing that pass. It was doomed as soon as he let go of the ball. Manning can and will still play at a high level in this league. He has run and operated the same offense for years and now our coaching staff have not only changed it on him but limited his reps in the new offense. So we shouldn't be shocked when his first game playing all of the snaps did not look pretty. IT really should have been something we were expecting. I also believe that is our line had played better and we were able to run the ball that game and Manning would have looked far different than he did.

Early in the season Manning needs the line to carry him as he gets more and more comfortable in the offense. Later in the season Manning can begin to do more as he becomes more comfortable and we will likely see more of what we were user to in previous seasons.

I think his arm strength has not changed that much, but he is not comfortable in the pocket with this OL. He's starting to look like Orton diving at the sight of pressure. And it's obvious he's missing the presence of Julius Thomas on the field.
For the 42 recpetiona that JT had last year I do not think that is a big deal considering 12 were for TDs. IMHO. P

I recall Manning said a year or so ago that once he is a detriment to the team, he would pull himself. I hope we don't test that statement, but I'm afraid we might.

Part of me still desperately hopes it is his comfort with his O-line and that he will rise again to a top 3 QB who can hit open receivers more often than not. I can't hardly stand the thought of watching Manning play worse each game, in part because that is bad for the Broncos, and in part, it's hard to watch an all time great decline so quickly.

Maybe Manning should start deflating footballs.
I hear that's what all the 35+ year old QBs are doing.

Oh I would've started him this year but I completely understand why Elway isn't. I'm not rooting for Manning or Osweiler, that's the problem here. People think I believe Osweiler is going to be Aaron Rodgers the second he steps on the field. I do think he's going to be on the jake Plummer level of play, but that's not it. I support the decision that is best for the team.

HE RUSHED IT!!?!? Are you kidding me?? So how many excuses are the Manning fans going to use? HE'S A 15 MILLION DOLLAR QB!!!! Why is he the starter being paid 15 million dollars and he can't make a 10 yard throw cause he "rushed it"

There were several under throws. The pick 6 wasn't only because manning got pressure but also that the pass he threw was a soft duck that had no speed and gave the DB 3 days to break on the ball. He's supposed to be a HOF top 3 all time QB and he can't hit a 10 yard pass on the run??? Come on man, seriously?

Of course and I'm excited to see what Brock can do in Gary Kubiaks system however like I said Taylor already knew the system with our offense and defense clicking on all cylinders who knows how far we could've went this season.

I'm not hating on Peyton at all I just don't see him getting any better. 39-year-old quarterbacks don't get better, it hasn't happened yet in the NFL.

Right now he cannot complete a pass more than 8 yards. This offense is reminiscent of the Mike Shanahan Brian Griese offense, teams are going to stack the line of scrimmage and dare Manning to beat them with his arm which we cannot do any longer.

This is the inconvenient truth. We all love Manning but most of us are not going to except the excuses anymore because our eyes do not lie to us.

These hard headed attitudes caused us to miss out on Tyrod Taylor! Who knows how he'll turn out in buffalo this season but he knew Kubiaks offense and could had been our next great QB. Just saying!

manning has never been a roll out passer....had it been to his right im sure he woulda hit DT

rolling left was a plummer thing, he could do that better then anyone in the league...it is not one of mannings strongpoints
Then he shouldn't be starting in Kubiaks WCO roll out offense.
