  • Denver Broncos team bus involved in minor accident

    Yikes!

Glad to hear there are no injuries though one of the buses got a cracked windshield.

The Denver Broncos team bus was involved in a minor accident, according to a Twitter post by outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware.

“To keep the day interesting, we have a small wreck. Looks like everyone is ok though,” Ware wrote along with a photo of the incident.

Jeff Darlington of the NFL Network reports that, while there is minimal damage to the bus, it does not appear to be significant.

The Broncos arrived in San Jose this past Sunday ahead of Super Bowl 50, which will take place at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, CA.

Denver will compete with the Carolina Panthers on Sunday for the championship title.

Broncos accident began when motorist cut off police escort causing chain reaction with multiple player buses. Broncos say no injuries #9news
Yeah, it's California, the Bay area in particular. I could totally see that happening.

The driver was probably late for a yoga class or a meeting at Starbucks.

Was it a Hybrid bus or did it damage the solar panels? Was there an environmental study performed on the impacts to the local wildlife? It is good this happened in San Francisco as there is sure to be plenty of social workers available so the players can talk about how the accident made them feel-- I am sure some of them had pent-up childhood issues this traumatic event will flush out. Perhaps we should move the Superbowl back a few weeks to give these guys the time they need to heal from their emotional wounds.
