It's a shame that #24 is unofficially retired. It's such a great number for DBs.

Its a shame our HOF TE's # is not retired. I wish Coble well but I am not going to like seeing him in #84

24 and 30, in my opinion, should be retired.

I've never been a fan of retiring numbers. What are they going to do when they end up unable to give rookies a number because 1-99 are taken or retired. Give them a duplicate number start going into triple digit numbers.

I can see freezing a number for a while to honor a player like say champ. Freeze the number for 5 or so years than release it back to the number population.

Any player that takes it will probably still understand the shoes he is stepping into and the shadow he week have to build out of.

            Adopted Broncos:
            (2011-2013) Eric Decker
            (2014-2018) Bradley Roby
            (2019-Current) Drew Lock
            Adopted posters:

Numbers shouldn't be retired, but, for the Broncos, 27 and 49 should only be issued to safeties.

Wait... I thought #12 was Bubba's. Did we not re-sign/cut Caldwell?

                  Maybe Paxton paid him off.

Or Caldwell was let go because he's not listed.

                            I'm with you.

The Chargers and Broncos have each retired three.

                            The Raiders have retired none.

                            The Chiefs have retired ten.

The New York Giants have retired twelve, but they've been in existence since 1925.

The Packers are charter members of the NFL, but have retired only six while the Bears have retired fourteen. Go figure.

The Steelers have only retired two.

I hope the Broncos don't retire any more. I like the ones we have.
