. A person commits the crime of first degree criminal trespass if such person knowingly and unlawfully enters or remains in a dwelling of another or if such person enters any motor vehicle with intent to commit a crime therein. First degree criminal trespass is a class 5 felony.

Mannnnnnnnn... I was so buying into the Chad Kelly hype. This is such a disappointment. Swag-era ends before it can begin.

                What an embarrassment.

Our hope for the future is an immature, foolish hoodlum currently in the Arapaho County Jail.

“We are disappointed that Chad Kelly was arrested early this morning. Our organization has been in contact with Chad, and we are in the process of gathering more information,” the Broncos said in a statement.

Sources tell 104.3 The Fan’s Orlando Franklin that Broncos quarterback Chad Kelly was intoxicated at the team’s annual Halloween party Monday night ahead of his arrest early Tuesday morning.

“Just got a little too drunk I guess. It’s an unfortunate situation,” Franklin told “Pritchard and Cecil” on Tuesday. “… That’s what I’m being told right now. That they had their annual Halloween party last night, and he was pretty messed up out there and that’s what happened.”

There is little question Chad Kelly will be disciplined by Broncos. At the minimum he won't be dressing on game day for a while. Still early in process. Broncos still sorting out facts, discussing course of action to take. #9sports

Chad Kelly to 9News in Aug on becoming more professional: “It’s the NFL and you’re the head man of a Fortune 500 company. You got to act like and approach every day like you’re the boss and you want to be the man. You’ve got to come in with a level head.'' #9sports

I hope this blows over. To be honest, I'd rather see him get a chance and fail, than never get a chance at all.

(Unless Chad not getting a chance works out better for the Broncos in the long run)

Don't spike the qb's drink guys....Sheesh what did they put in them drinks?

Unfortunate for Kelly though. Everyone makes mistakes I just hope he doesn't get condemned for it.
