Tuck isn't a first rounder; he's a second rounder easily.

Vincent Jackson is a interesting prospect and will either be a big gain or a big bust for whoever drafts him. He falls to the third round easily; no way does he deserve a top 50-60 pick, especially with us picking late in the second round.

I like the Atogwe pick, if you check my thread, I have us taking a safety in the fifth round, this draft is loaded with secondary players.

The Roos pick is okay, I'd rather take a guard.

We signed this new punter the other day, I don't think we'll ever draft a punter.

Like Williams in the seventh round, if he's there.

No way Tuck goes in the first round....

I believe Tuck is a first rounder, he may turn out to be the best DE of the draft.

Jacksons stock is rising, and fast. If you don't choose him in the second, you ain't gonna get him.

            Welcome back

Tuck has the most potential out of all the DEs this year.

We need a WR, when Rod retires, we won't have anyone. Watts isn't start material because he is too light, and Lelie is only a deep ball threat. We need Vincent Jackson.

My website crew and I have been able to interview a lot of people, even players coming out for the draft this year; I'll give you the URL when it's ready -- that'll be a month or so. We've contacted agents of players coming out and coaches from several universities, we asked about Jackson and his stock isn't rising into the second round.

I highly doubt he goes there; he lacks a lot of experience against tough teams.

Yeah, Tuck might be the best end coming out when it's all said and done but I believe that there are three ends that will end up going before him on Draft Day.

                Erasmus James
                David Pollack
                and possibly Marcus Spears.

I would want to make sure, Jackson will be a star, and i'd love to see him as a Bronco.

As would I, I think he has an extreme amount of potential but he's not second round material, I'd be you anything he slips into the 3rd to 4th round, possibly even the fifth.

i do agree with you that watts probably wont be a starter, but rod has 2 maybe 3 years left....i would like for us to pick up J. J moses in the FA, i dont like this years WR draft....

Justin Tuck could be a great steal, but certainly not the best DE prospect...he is a great pass rusher which we need, but i see him playing a little more OLB in the pros, which we dont need...and a great fit in the 3-4, which we dont run..

my DE rankings go as followed...
                      1. Erasmus James...will be gone before our pick
                      2. David Pollack....some think hes too small but Dwight Freeney..(the best pass rusher in the NFL) is just 7 pounds heavier then pollack...pollack is the best pure pass rusher in the draft...
                      3. Dan Cody...a great pass rusher also but i think david pollack will be more likely to be on the board at our pick
                      4. Marcus Spears..the biggest DE in the draft...
                      5. Matt Roth..a lot of people have him slipping in the first round with good reason, but i hope one of the top 4 are still available so we dont take him...
                      6. Then i see Tuck being here in the 6th slot...an early to mid second round pick...(possible lions 2nd rounder)

First off, if Rod plays 2-3 more years -- he'd be 37 to 38 years old, I really doubt it.

And this WR class doesn't have that many big stars, but it has a lot of depth.

which is why i can see us taking a quality reciever in the third-4th round if we cant pick up a FA...

how old is rod? i thought he was about 33-34...

He was born in 70 so I'm guessing 35.

Just so you know...Marcus Spears and Matt Roth have lit up the senior bowl practices all week and are now "locks" to go in the top 20. Dan Cody is the first DE thats going to be taken, and Shaun Cody has improved his draft value into the middle of round 1 this week as well.

Oh, and Erasmus James has the most "potential" at DE in this draft, if he has no injury concerns, he's a top 5 pick with insane pass rushing skills and speed. As it is, the concerns are very legit, and he will probably drop to the 20th selection range, but gone before us. The combine is going to determine alot for him.

                              DEs as of now.

                              1) Dan Cody
                              2) Matt Roth
                              3) Marcus Spears
                              4) Erasmus James
                              5) Shawn Merrimen (3-4)
                              6) Shaun Cody
                              7) David Pollack
                              8) Demarcus Ware
                              9) Justin Tuck (3-4)
