FYI the Broncos don't have a third-round pick anymore; they traded it to Atlanta in a package deal that landed Denver the #15 overall pick. I personally would offer no more than a 4th rounder for Williams, 2 million seems a little too much though if he's not going to be the starter.

in 2003 Ricky earned $2,630,000 and in 2001 $2,190,759 because of incentives. Mr. Williams made $2,190,759. His 2006 salary is set to be $545,000. He rushed for 743 yards in 168 carries in 12 games while only starting 2. In those 2 games he gained 280 yards in 54 carries for a 5.2 yard per carry average. Before he jumped ship and retired in 2004 due to the Mary Jane his numbers were approaching all time greats. Ricky already has 7097 yards in 6 years starting in only 3 seasons. He is only 28 with allot of ball left in him. $2 million a year is a discount.
