Its alright what he really meant was we are going to trade up to #4 not #5. Its that coachspeak smokescreen stuff before the draft.

"You must spread some Contributor Status around before giving it to BroncoStampede again."

Yes...but I was responding to the thread....

Alexander is in no way the "answer" at the TE spot, and anyone laying any faith in Wesley Duke need their head checked.

So to answer your question... Yes, we do need to draft Davis.

Yes, Huff would be a good pick, but not at #5, you trade back if he's your man, or better yet you don't move up to 5 in the first place. 8-9-10 should still get Huff.

You don't seell the farm for Huff anyways. Bush, Williams, Davis? They are another breed of man.
The thread had stated Davis was picked after we already made our move...so he wasn't there at #5. If you've already committed you've got to go somewhere. Aside from Mario Williams....Huff is the only other immediate Defensive player that can make a difference. He has the ability to be a lockdown DB. So if you're there and all hell breaks loose....grab Huff....you've already committed and if you're guy is gone...don't break the bank on a player you don't need like Young or AJ Hawk. Take a guy that can play for the next Decade.
