thanks. my question is, why did they take out the bleachers?
They want everyone to stand the entire time???
I dont want to be standing in a designated area trying to look over everyones head the entire time....

Even if they needed the space where the bleachers were, I don't understand why you can't take lawn chairs and then they could rope off the areas where people could sit. Standing the entire time is not good.

most people just sit on the lawn on the west side of the practice field.

Actually there is plenty of room without looking over everyone's head. The section that you can stand at or the hill that you sit upon is very good viewing and it is easy to see all the players and it is easy to take pictures also.

The bleachers were a real problem. They did not allow as good of viewing. Some of the bleachers were not in the right places. On the field you have much better access.

Just wanted to add, if you go to a morning practice, make sure you wear a hat and sunscreen. There is no shade and you will get a sunburn.

I guess they need to be a little more specific on their camera policy. At the morning session on 7/31 one of the "security" guys, as he was directing people where to sit, was also telling some what lenses they could and could not use on their still cameras. This is a change from last year when I was able to use any lens I wanted. I just wish I had known there was a limit on still camera lenses. I wouldn't have lugged my bigger ones out.

I guess the only reason this bothered me is the fact that this guy was a complete jerk about everything. I am aware that he has a job to do and a lot of people to deal with but there are other ways of talking to people. He was just being nasty to everyone.

Thankfully, the excitement of camp put me in a better mood.

                    Training Camp

How do you get the VIP wrist bands for the training camp? Also, why can you bring drinks into the training camp but coffee is not allowed, what is the difference?
