    So I did tons of analysis of firsts round picks and bust percentages by postions to know what the safest positions are

        There is no real trend and pattern for busts.

        The draft is basically a crap shoot. Only the best get to play for 4+ years in the league, and even only the best of them have great careers. Furthermore, only the best of those get into the HoF.

            Exactly! Are we going to beat the Colts just because we have Patrick Willis (assuming we move up)? I don't think so. Draft DL, safety, or CJ. CJ is there just to keep everybody's hopes up.
