Just what I've seen from camp he could be one of the hardest hitting safties in the nfl if he got the chance. His coverage skills aern't great but they are adaquet. And if I had the option of taking a player on the rise or a player on the decline I'm taking the player on the rise. True Wesley is a proven veteran, but I'd rather have the 23 year old than the 30 year old.

The Broncos' interest in Chiefs S Greg Wesley may have waned due to the solid training camps put together by Curome Cox and Hamza Abdullah.

The teams discussed a trade earlier in camp. Wesley is expected to back up first-year starter Bernard "Bonecrusher" Pollard at strong safety this season.
