Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Damn even though I am far away from the news in Colorado this is very sad...put don't get me wrong you did a good job it just I guess hits harder this way. AWESOME JOB!!!!!
That was beautiful. That piece just made me cry. Nice song to go along with it.
Let the rest of the years to come be a dedication to God's gift to the Broncos. Let's win it all next year for Darrent whom without, we would not even be thinking playoffs. Thanks for the great punt, kick returns, interceptions, hits, sacks, tackles, moves, speed, and most unforgettable, that smile of yours!
Keep on smiling up there for us! Tell God thanks for the New Year! Tell him we miss you! I never met you but my spirit longs the day! Let the fools who took you away be awakened by their horrible mistake and be changed for better and join us in the clouds!
This is more than football: this is life. I love you guys, I love the Broncos, I love life, I love Darrent, I love the family, I love God!
Let this not brings us down in sorrow. Rather be in inspiration to be grateful for life and continue to persuade others to join us in our great road to Heaven and Super Bowl 42!
Meanwhile news networks on TV are ignoring you Darrent, TRUE NFL fans are not. We're remembering you and honoring you. In spirit and love, thanks for that smile!
I'm crying but not in pain as I now you've gone off to peace. We remain fighting for you buddy! We WILL remember you, WillIAMS.
