On Behalf of my Son, Anthony, who just turned 7 Dec 22, 2006, he is saddens by this incident. He has cried and asks why so many times since Monday morning. He tells me “Mom, he was only 24 years old, why did he have to die”? Anthony LOVES the Broncos and can tell you everything about almost all the players. Darrent is one of his favorite players. He was also one of the first players to sign his Broncos football when he was in Denver at the start of the season.
As of this morning, my son has inform all family members that he has changed his name to Darrnet Williams ~ Anthony and his family are praying for Darrnet’s family and the Team. We hopes that the person or person’s responsible for his death are found and punished.
