Memorial Bracelets

I would like to get something going where we can raise money for the family left behind. I have an Uncle that can do the Memorial Bracelts for me and I am willing to put up as much of the start up cost that I can afford to do. We can get them made and sell them with all the profit going to the Childrens fund or some kind of scholarship at his High School in his name. I will be doing to do most of the work I just need a little help.

How much can he do them for because I have been looking around and it seems that I can get 1000 made for $.69 with a 1 time mold impression of $150 which brings the price to $840 for 1000 of them.

Also need help to come up with the funds so we can get them made.

I think I can get them made cheaper than that.....just last week I was looking thru our catalogs, and I think I remember them being like .25....I'm not sure, but I'll check into it....I think your quote is a little steep, and u may be getting ripped off.....I'll keep everyone posted...

Just got off the phone with my Uncle and he is at a show in Vegas. He is going to speak with the vendors in person tomorrow morning and get back to me on what it will take to get this going. The next step is how to sell them and figure out shipping and such. If we buy these for lets say 1.00 a piece( jsut an example) and we can sell up to 5000 and sold at 5.00 a piece we could give 20,000 to the childrens fund or start a scholarship at his high school. PM me if you have any ideas.

I just got a quote from another vendor. If we purchase 5000 of these there would be a cost of 1900 plus we get 500 free. At 5 dollars per that would give us a donation of 25,600. If I order today we would have them in 2 weeks. Onyl question is how much to charge fro shipping and handling for those that dont live along the Front Range.

I would be happy to take a wristband or two or three if you guys had them ready. I would help out but being in Canada, we dont have the greatest wristband guys and shipping would be insane for me to get them to you guys.

I will take several as well and I can get them to my Broncos friends in Canada. Anyway, do we order more as it would be cheaper or is 1100 enough. I know those livestrong bracelets went crazy and I know this is alot smaller than the cancer fight but I think we could get them out if we posted on other boards.
