“The tragic consequences of life can be overcome by the magical strength that resides in the human heart” Rudolfo Anaya

It always seems to catch us by surprise when such tragic events such as this occur. It just unbelievable that his life was cut so short at 24, it’s not fair and with all my heart and soul my thoughts and prayers go out not only to Darrent’s mother and children but also to the entire Denver Broncos family and continue to pray for him and hope that everyone will do the same. I also say a prayer for the unfortunate individual who committed this disgusting crime in hopes that he will come to terms with himself and the demons he has inside to realize what he did to such a beautiful individual. The following is a traditional Hopi prayer which is just a reminder that we should celebrate the wonderfull life of Darrent Williams just as he celebrated life everyday….with a smile.

    Hopi Prayer
Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glint in the snow.
I am the sunlight on the ripened grain.
I am the gentle Autumn's rain.
When you awaken in the morning hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush,
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry:
    I am not there,
    I did not die.

    Denver Broncos Forever!!!
