Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

okay I hear you but take this into mind.
Emitt Smith did help contribut to the Cardinals big time
and even helped them become a more recognized team.
Though Emitt Smith didn't retire as a Dallas Cowboy, or did he
even if he did guess which last team he played on the Cardinals.
So if Emitt Smith were to comeback he better make a decision soon
for one he does have a good 2 years left though with the Broncos's
history as being one of thee most popular teams in history,
if not one of thee best teams of all time.
"Also why wouldn't Emitt Smith come and play with us a season, or two".
Some of his worst seasons were played in Arizona. Why waste money on a guy that we're not even going to utilize? Publicity means nothing, that's why we play the game on Sundays!
We've got 6 RB possibilities, why would we want another.
Thanks to B4Bronco6 for the sig! RB #22 Wisconsin Badgers Know this above all else. This life is your only life. So while you live life, make the most of every second, minute and hour that you have. Time stops for no one. Don't stop for time. Seize the day.

How did Emmit contribute to the Cardinals "big time"?. Emmit had the worst game of his career then got injured. then had to fight for second string. It was an embarassment for emmit and the cards. the cards are used to embarassment but for Emmit is was a new phenominon.

Emmit is too old anyway. like Jerry Rice. I think Jerry should of been out a long time ago but its cool that he sticks around. i bet hes trying to break the record for oldest dude playing in the NFL he might win
