He’s putting everything into 45 yard passes. You can be a starter like that but you have to be incredibly good at reading defenses and your WRs have to win immediately because that ball has to come out quicker than if a strong armed QB threw it

That's all true. But he doesn't generally have to try to throw that far. Perhaps what I am trying to say is that his arm strength isn't weak. It just isn't one of thd strongest in the NFL.
