Growing pains are one thing. He appears to struggle reading even the most basic defensive concept. he stares down his targets and makes absolute horrendous decisions. So far this season what good has he shown?

He throws a good ball. What young qb doesn't struggle from those things. It takes time to adjust to the speed of the nfl for any qb. Mahomes is an special. Herbert and Burrow may start crashing down to earth like lock has now that teams have film on him.
