Plus too i would hate to know the Riaders got him. Nnamdi Asomugha and Fabin Washington are both solid corner and then you throw in Pacman. good luck getting open.

I say we jump on it. to many teams now day have 3 or 4 WRs capable beating you. Plus to we only have 4 corners and ones probably leaving. The worst thing he could do is get cut. The best he could do is push Bly and have a impact on special teams. I think a fresh start would do him good.
I would rather have the draft pick thanks anyways...I do not care how much talent you have! When I coached, if a kid acted certain ways or uncharacteristic of how I thought he should, I would bench his butt in a heartbeat. It is not always about talent, I would take a kid with half as much of Pacman's talent but more heart and class any day of the week.

Use the pick you would have traded to draft somebody who may be better than Pacman.

I know how you fell. I just started coaching this past year at a local school. So i know all about heart. But in the pros its take more then heart to play. it also takes talent. And you cant say that Pacman doesnt have talent to play. And the thing is its not Pacman's heart to play or talent its the way he handles himself off the field. I think with the with the year off, he had enough time to think about whats more important. I expect him to handle himself better off the field. So to me its worth the shot. If it fails it fails. If it passes then it passes. Only time will tell.

He was contreversal instead of remorseful, look at his antics after being suspended, he did not cool down. He wanted to create a problem no matter the situation and that to me is the worst thing you can have...hell I would take Owens over the likes of Pacman, because while Owens pulls antics on the field and in regards to his contract, there is no doubt he has heart. And with the whole Darrent issue in Denver, do you really think the fans would be happy with a kid mixed into a similar element? We have enough drama with the current roster...and he is not worth the risk or headache!

Personally as a Broncos fan, I would not like Pacman on the team. There are enough character issues with this team and he would only fit as nickel/dime back and KR/PR. Would his ego be able to handle that? I don't think it would.

As a Texans fan though, knowing the city and the makeup of the team, Pacman Jones should be someone they go after. I would not be disappointed one bit if they tried to go after him. Texans are depleted in the secondary and their star CB may not play next year, so Pacman may be a starter. As for off the field issues in Houston, trust me when I say they won't be a problem. There are enough high character ppl on the team to keep him in check and not much to do in Houston to get into any kind of trouble.

Except for the fact that the underground elements are comparable to Denver, L.A., New York, D.C. and other major gang infested cities...no, no problem at all...until he is involved in some other action which effects the team! Only five places to send those types of characters: New England, San Diego, Oakland, Cincinnati and Canada!
