NBCSports.com's Tom Curran has confirmed that Randy Moss has agreed to a three-year, $27 million to remain a Patriot.
It's uncertain if Moss' efforts to get other teams involved helped, but he's only making $1.33 million-per-year more than Bernard Berrian. His guaranteed money was increased. Moss and Tom Brady can't expect to set records again in 2008, but they are slight favorites to remain atop their positions in fantasy leagues while playing together. Mar. 3 - 2:02 pm et

          No surprises.

They would have been crazy not to sign him.

If the Pats don't sign him they are nothing short of retarded. He made Wes Welker look like a pro-bowler, and Tom Brady has never looked that good. He put them over tha top.

Yea, when he was producing Pro Bowl QB's in Oakland, it awaken 31 oter teams to just how good he is.

                  Oh wait.....

The dream doesn't have to be dead. Who knows, maybe he's re-signing with New England to be packaged in a trade to Denver.

"Hey now hey now, don't dream it's over...."

I was just able to confirm with a source that the Patriots and Randy Moss are just reviewing details of a three-year, $27 million deal and that only signing the deal remains.

Looks like a nice deal for both sides in that Moss remains with the team for whom he had the most success and the Patriots retain him for a very reasonable amount given the dollars flying around in free agency.

We'll have a more developed take on the topic later in the afternoon
Nothing been signed yet, so nothing has been done so far.

Thank goodness... I for one never wanted him! We can do more for the team elsewhere.
