  • Solution to out WR problem...LET CHAMP PLAY

Obviously I'm kidding here fellas but he might be better than what we have right now. We might as well let him play DT too. He was like out best LB last year already. Is Colbert, what we go to battle with next year? So far it seems that way. If Thomas isn't in jail then I guess it is him McKinley and some rookie in the DT rotation. I wish we could get a little more depth but Shanny is serious about this build from within stuff I guess. Here's hoping he turns out to be a genius!

Actually i'd have to say DJ was our best LB last year, he was second in the league with 141 tackles.
...anyways, Colbert will be a good depth player but the Broncos will find their #2 reciever either through the draft or somewhere else, i seriously doubt Colbert will be opposite Marshall for the majority of the time.

I think Earl Bennett is very possible with Javon gone. I hope he comes to Denver. I'm hoping we get at least two DTs in the draft.

So we start a rookie then? Not many rookies have an impact as a starting WR their first year but opposite Marshal who knows, could work out? DJ struggled and he made a lot of tackles but if you notice, too many of them were down file 5 yards or more. I love him but it took him a while to adjust the MLB position. Hope he continues to improve and makes his first Pro Bowl this year.

Again, it's even harder for a rookie DT to make a big impact as a rookie than it is for a rookie WR. I hope it all works out though.

I heard about that little cheat.....tried it...and it was crazy. Champ burned everyone and made lots of TD's for me! But I felt like a cheater.

I was all ready to mock you and say that I'm sure there's no learning curve at all to playing WR, but then you decided to just be kidding

I really hope Stokely can be our slot receiver cause he is really good there. He may be the best we have for a # 2 though in which case he would be the slot in 3 WR sets and #2 in 2 WR sets. It will wear him down like it did last year though. Hope somebody steps up.

To be fair to DJ, and the rest of our LBs, a large portion of blame for that has to be laid at the poor level of play from our DLs
